This is one incredible ship that exceeds expectations at almost every level. Sure, you may find a hiccup somewhere but for sheer cruising pleasure you would be hard pressed to find better.

wifi package while expensive was unreliable and not worth the cost. Staff were excellent in all areas. Kirsty the sports manager was wonderful and approachable. Nothing was too much. The dining crew in Cascades were awesome. We had Eric and Michael and they were so cordial and happy, we always had a great banter with them. Our steward Stanley servicing Room 8150 was excellent and never missed a beat in keeping the room to high standard. The staff in Windjammers were always smiling and happy to direct us or help out with dishes. The entertainment staff were excellent.

Technologically very advanced and entertainment excellent. Many passengers - sometimes difficult to get a seat in buffet dining area at breakfast and lunch as well as in popular bars.

The decor and design of the ship makes it a pleasure to be on board . There were many different entertainment options to choose from each day. Staff went out of their way to make us feel special and although there were over 4000 passengers on board the ship always felt spacious.

Went on first Bravo cruise in 2014. Entertainment was absolutely brilliant, right throughout. Loved everything about the cruise. This is my favourite ship so far.

Excellent cruise, but more care needs to be taken in Windjammer restaurant. There is cross-contamination in gluten-free food area and I saw one woman tasting a sauce by putting the ladel in her mouth then back into the sauce. The well-mannered servers said they didn't want to say anything and offend the guests when these concerns were pointed out.

Explorer has now got to be a very good ship for its age. The crew now understand the Australian way. Being a Crown and Anchor member everything that we were entitled to was delivered.

The Ship was incredible, 13 Stories high and it carries 3000 passengers. The thing I liked was you could get amongst it with the crowd or from any floor you could get back to your cabin in a couple of minutes with complete quiet and privacy. You can't beat the value for money, 10 nights with all you can eat In an air conditioned stateroom with balcony . The ship is really well designed in layout didn't rock that much. You just can't believe this thing floats.

I have just come off The Ovation of the Seas and I would like ton say this ship is the best Ive been on. My husband and I do 4 cruises a year on differant lines, and this was one of the best. Already bookes another cruise on this one for 2018. Loved it.

An amazing ship and despite the size it was easy to navigate around the ship. Facilities were great and although the ship was full on our cruise it didn't feel like there were about 5,000 passengers on board. The adult only solarium was a fantastic place to get away from it all. We have cruised many times with Royal Caribbean and although this was an incredible ship, our preference would be on a smaller cruise ship, like the Mariner or Voyager next time.

I thoroughly enjoyed most of everything on the Ovation but truly hated having to book for 'everything' this is okay if u r okay with technology & well versed with the Royal App we asked a few people to help us at the Help Desk but because of large line ups - they appeared to feel that it was just 'too easy & a waste of time??

Fantastic l had such a great time l have convinced my husband that he would love it .We have booked to leave on the 6/4/2017 for a 13 night Sth Pacific cruise leaving from Sydney. We are madly organising a passport for him.He is 72 years of age and never possessed a passport!We usually travel around Australia in our caravan but how can you revert back to caravaningbafter living like Royalty!

Cabin could have been cleaned a little better. Staff in dining room amazing. I wanted some lectures from a Historian or Naturalist like on Celebrity Solstice. Too much Trivia. Food wonderful.

Took family with 8 children on a cruise - staff were great with the children, especially the dining room staff who couldn't do enough for the little ones, i.e. cutting their food up, ordering extra things they liked etc.they all wanted to eat in the dining room every night. Overall everyone enjoyed this cruise to New Zealand and we would do it again in a flash.

My husband, 5 year old daughter and I cruised on the Legend of the Seas (now retired) in December 2016. For a cruise ship of it's age, you wouldn't have known it, the facilities and overall presentation on the ship was amazing. Our balcony room was super spacious (we could easily unpack all three of our suitcases) and comfortable. The dining and service was awesome! The buffet was massive and had a huge variety of food. The main dining room meals were scrumptious and they catered for our daughter's dietary intolerances with ease. This was our first cruise with Royal Caribbean and it won't be the last. We look forward to experiencing their other ships. My husband and I have cruised before but those other cruise lines would be hard pushed to reach Royal Caribbean's standards and experiences.

We have travelled with 4 cruise lines and RCL and particularly the Radiance are by far our first choice. Particularly the food. They do not try and force the entertainment on you. The verandas have v.good visability.

This was our second cruise with Royal Caribbean. We had previously travelled on Voyager of the Seas and I think this is hard to compete with. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The desert night was amazing. All food was top quality.

The Windjammer food is excellent. The Dining Room food is "okay" There are plenty of "hideaways" to be on your own or lots of places to mix with crowds. We are going on her again in Oct. 2014. The crew were nice enough but not sincere.

To be fair, the ship was to be refurbished in October, we travelled in April. The cabins were a little shabby but the overall experience and service was superb!

Tricky cruising with an 18 month old, when the company doesn't warn you that kids under 3 years are not allowed to use the pools. I would not recommend taking a cruise with kids under 3. Good otherwise
