This morning we arrive in Copenhagen, the vibrant capital of Denmark, known for its stunning architecture, rich history, and home of the world’s oldest monarchy, now with an Australian connection. We will enjoy a sightseeing tour with a local guide. We will see the Amalienborg Palace, home of the royal family since 1794, which is guarded by its own sentries, and Rosenborg Castle, a 17th-century fortress that houses the crown jewels. We will also see the Radhus, (city hall), Kongens Nytorv, a square surrounded by gracious old buildings, including the Royal Theatre and Charlottenborg, a 17th-century Dutch baroque palace. Of course, a visit to this wonderful city would not be complete without a visit to the Little Mermaid and also to Nyhaven, known for its old sailing ships Meals included: In-flight

DAY 4 Monday 22 July, 2024 Hamburg, Germany
This morning we travel south to Hamburg, Germany. On arrival we will enjoy a sightseeing tour of Hamburg. On the tour we will admire the architectural marvel of the Elbphilharmonie concert hall, explore the historic Speicherstadt with its warehouses and canals, and take a leisurely stroll along the picturesque Alster Lake. This morning we arrive in Reykjavik, the capital and largest city of Iceland, and the gateway to Iceland’s stunning natural wonders, which range from ice fields to boiling thermal pools. You may like to take a tour of the Golden Circle, where you will experience the thrill of an erupting geyser, one of the country´s most spectacular waterfalls and Iceland´s best-loved National Park. Visit the worldfamous high-temperature Geysir geothermal area with spouting springs of various formations and the nearby Gullfoss waterfall (Golden Falls) where you can watch its enormous quantities of water tumble violently into a deep, meandering gorge. Another day to explore Reykjavik. You may like to visit the Harpa Concert Hall by the waterfront, known for its striking architecture. Explore Reykjavik’s old harbour, home to colourful boats and delightful seafood restaurants. Take a stroll through the Old Town, home to the Icelandic parliament and the Town Hall, or enjoy a visit to the famous blue lagoon. Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
DAY 12 Tuesday 30 July, 2024 Isafjordur, Iceland
Isafjordur is a town in the Westfjords region of northwest Iceland known for its dramatic landscapes. The old town has wooden houses with corrugated tin roofs built by fishing merchants in the 18th and 19th centuries. Take a tour to the Bolungarvík village and back to Ísafjördur with views of the magnificent mountains and Westfjord – a beautiful but sometimes harsh landscape. You will also see Buná Tunguá River and the waterfall in Tunguskogur, and sip fresh mountain water that flows down the stream. What could be more clear and refreshing! You can also see the Maritime Museum of Ísafjördur, located in one of the town’s oldest houses (1780). Experience the awesome beauty of the fjords on the north western coast of Iceland. DAY 13 Wednesday 31 July, 2024 Akureyri, Iceland
This morning you arrive in Akureyri, the unofficial capital of northern Iceland. Take a tour and travel through the stunning northern Icelandic scenery to the town of Húsavík. Nestled on the edge of Shaky Bay (Skjálfandi Flói), Húsavík is globally recognised as one of the best locations in the world from which to watch whales. In fact, there is a higher chance of seeing whales in Húsavík than from any other place in Iceland. Take a tour on a whale watching boat trip and, hopefully, get up close to the whales. Then travel to Lake Mývatn, Iceland´s fourth largest lake, 37 square kilometres in area, having a shoreline deeply incised by numerous small creeks and speckled with about 50 islands and small islets. Craters and volcanoes have sculpted the landscape of the Mývatn region, many of which are spots of special interest. Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Amsterdam, the capital city of the Netherlands, is a vibrant and cosmopolitan metropolis renowned for its picturesque canals, historic architecture, and artistic heritage. Amsterdam’s attractions include world-class museums, iconic tulip fields, and a lively nightlife. On arrival we will see the main sights of the city, including the canals and the market square.
